This Checklist has been designed to assist overseas trained doctors who wish to work as a doctor in Australia. The information contained in this Checklist relates to finding a position, medical registration, immigration and working in private practice.

This Checklist will assist you to understand the processes that will need to be completed in order to practise as a doctor in Australia. Some of the processes that you will need to complete can happen simultaneously others cannot. Links are provided within this guide to give you more information.
